  • – Interest in specific products/ services on The Dream VR Platform and App or your preferences on the products/ services available on The Dream VR Platform and App;
  • – Information about how you use the Platform and App;

This information is needed to be able to interact with you for the following purposes: Update on news, events, marketing purposes, ticket purchase or other services rendered by The Dream VR;

● From The Dream VR Partners, such as ticketing and registration platforms, for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

● From joint controllers, such as Facebook. Data may be collected and processed for the following categories of information about you for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • – Your posts and messages on third party social media. You should be aware of the possibility that others may use, tag or repost your information without your knowledge;

  • – Please be aware that the data stored on the platforms of the joint controllers is not under the control of The Dream VR.

The Dream VR services, Platform and App are not intended for people under the age of 13.Personal data of minors will never knowingly or intentionally be collected.Minors who want to use The Dream VR services, Platform or App need to be supervised by the holder of parental responsibility over the child. The privacy of minors will be protected and holders of parental responsibility for the child will be encouraged to take an active part in their children’s (online) activities.

     ► HOW AND WHY IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA USED?

Your personal data can be used for the following purposes:

● Informational purposes inherent to the use of The Dream VR Platform and App. These purposes are part of the Terms and Conditions of The Dream VR Platform and App. The purpose of the Platform and App is to inform you about products/ services and future ticket sales:

  • – The Dream VR Services information.
  • – Registration for buying tickets;
  • – Ticket Sale information;

● Related Commercial Purposes: After explicit consent, you may receive our newsletters and/ or information about all The Dream VR-related products and services. Furthermore, you may be informed about new content, updates, upgrades or additional information linked to your ticket purchase. After explicit consent, you can receive commercial information from third parties merchandise providers.

● Operational Purposes for ticket buyers: The following processing of your data is part of the contractual agreement with The Dream VR if you buy a ticket. If you purchase a ticket,

a) Your data can be used with the following objectives:

  • – Transactional emails by The Dream VR (such as your payment confirmation);
  • – Ticket and payment processing;
  • – Customer service by The Dream VR and their ticket providers;

b) Your data can be used by the following types of third parties only for processing related to your ticket:

  • – Ticket and registration providers;
  • – Payment processing companies;
  • – Local and federal governments;

     ► LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING THE DATA

  • – For the performance of a contract and/or a commercial relationship;
  • – To ensure compliance with the legal obligations.
  • – Legitimate interest, such as sending advertising or commercial information in relation to the products/ services that you have contracted.
  • – With your consent.

     ► STORAGE ESTABLISHED FOR THE DATA

  • – During the contractual and/ or commercial relationship.
  • – During the time limits required by law, to serve particular responsibilities after the relationship has ended.

     ► PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • – With BeDreamer, you get unlimited access to premium videos.
  • – The subscription is $ 0.99 per month. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • – Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • – Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
  • – Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • – Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
  • – By using BeDreamer, you agree to our Terms of use and Privacy Policy.

     ► RIGHTS: CONTROL YOUR DATA

Please note that your personal data is needed to fulfil all The Dream VR services.

When necessary, your consent will be requested in order to process your personal data. If you choose not to give your consent, or if you withdraw your consent, you will not be able to take (full) advantage of the services offered.

At all times, you are able to access, change, remove, restrict, object or limit your personal data collected and processed by The Dream VR or request a copy of your personal data, by sending an email to legal@thedreamvr.com or write to the following address, always identifying yourself properly and indicating the purpose of the correspondence:

When requested, your personal details will be removed as soon as possible, except if it concerns information that needs to be kept in pursuance of the law or an agreement.

     ► SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

When you provide your personal data through The Dream VR Platform or App, this information is transmitted across the Internet securely using high-grade encryption.

As described in this Privacy Policy, in some instances your personal data will be shared with third parties, in which case that third party is required to have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect your personal data.

However, in some instances, The Dream VR may be compelled by law to disclose your personal data to a third party, such as a government body, and has limited control over how that data is protected by that party.

The information that you provide to The Dream VR will be held in the systems located at [complete Ex.: the registered office in Miami] or in those of an appointed third party (mentioned above) or our cloud service providers Ex.: Amazon AWS, Outlook 365].
