devices, websites, or applications are operated by The Dream VR, even if they
contain our name or logo. We are not

2. Children’s Privacy
The
Platform is not aimed at or intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from
children under the age of thirteen through the Platform. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have
inadvertently collected personal information relating to a child under the age
of thirteen, we will delete that information from our records. If you believe we might have any information

We recognize that the Platform

States world by Raiola Networks (https://raiolanetworks.es/) and AWS Cloud
(https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/global-infrastructure/?nc1=h_ls). Because we cannot practicably prevent users
in different jurisdictions from accessing the Platform, you are responsible for
knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If such laws conflict with your use of the
Platform or any of its content or functionality, the Platform is not intended
for you, and we ask you not to use it or submit any information through it.

California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California
residents who are users of the Platform to request from us once a year, free of
charge, information about the personal information The Dream VR disclosed to
third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year (if
any). If applicable, this information
would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared
and the names and addresses of all third parties with which The Dream VR shared
information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would
like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us at the
address provided below.
“Do Not Track” is a privacy setting that you
may set in your web browsers. If turned
on, this setting requests that websites not track information about users. At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not
Track” browser settings or signals
